1. Information we collect
When you request a quotation, we may collect your name, company, business email, country or region, requested brands and part numbers, quantities, Date Code requirements, messages and uploaded BOM or RFQ files.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to assess sourcing requirements, prepare quotations, communicate about potential orders, provide customer service, prevent misuse and maintain relevant business records. We do not sell personal information.
3. Form processing provider
Our RFQ forms use FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service, to deliver submissions and attachments to our business email. Submission data may be processed and temporarily retained by that provider according to its terms and privacy practices. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.
4. Retention and security
Tena retains inquiry information only as reasonably needed for quotation, customer service, legal and record-keeping purposes. FormSubmit states that its submission archive retains form submissions for 30 days. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information, subject to applicable legal and business record requirements.
